Return Policy
1. If there are any issues with the products, it must be returned within 2 days of purchase along with proof of your order.
2. As these are perishable products, no opened packages will be accepted for returns or exchange.
3. Returnable stock must be in their original packaging.
4. Under no circumstances will a return be accepted if the claim is due to the customer not understanding how to use the product or the customer changes their mind about the product due to external influences such as family/ friends influencers or that competitor products being at a cheaper price.
5. Orders are taken on Monday's and deliveries are made on Fridays except in the case where the Friday falls on a public holiday. Then the order will be delivered on either the Thursday before the public holiday or Monday after the pubic holiday.
If the public holiday falls on a Monday then orders will be taken on the Tuesday and delivered on the Friday, as normal.

Orders and delivery
1. Orders are open on Mondays up until 16:00. Any orders received after 16:00 on a Monday will be placed the following week with the next Monday's orders.
2. Any orders received during the week will be placed with the next order on Monday's.
3. All collections will receive a notification when the order is ready for collection. Do not collect before you receive your notification.
